Q. How are Excuse Me! Burp Cloths packaged?
A. The Excuse Me! Burp Cloths are tied with a colorful ribbon packaged in a pastel Organza
gift bag.
Q. How are Tag-A-Longs packaged?
A. The Tag-A-Longs are packaged in a pastel Organza gift bag.
Q. How are Carousels packaged?
A. The Carousels are packaged in tissue paper and then bubble wrap.

A. The Baby Quilts are packaged in a pastel Organza bag.

Customizing Your Order Information
Q. Will Designs by Diana do custom work?
A. Yes, if you have an idea about something not currently listed on our site, please e-mail us so we
can discuss your ideas.
Q. Will Designs by Diana personalize items?
A. Yes, the Tag-A-Longs and Baby Quilts may have the first name added at no additional
charge.
Q. Where do I put the personalize information for my item?
A. Please put what you would like your item to say and where you would like it in the comments field
during checkout.
Shipment Information
Q. How does Designs by Diana ship orders?
A. All orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground, unless otherwise specified.
Q. How will my Baby Quilt or Custom Quilt take to ship?
A. Baby Quilts and Custom Quilts may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.
Q. How long will my Tag-A-Long, Excuse Me! Burp Cloth, Gidt Set or Thread Carousel take to
ship?
A. Every effort will be made to ship those items within 2 days of receiving payment.
Q. What if my order takes longer than 2 days to process?
A. You will receive an E-mail informing you of this.
Q. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A. You will receive an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number.
Q. Do you ship orders outside the US?
A. Yes, we will ship orders to addresses outside the US.
Q. I want to place an order online and have it shipped outside the US?
A. Currently all orders placed through our online store must go to a US address.
Q. How do I place an order if the shipping address is not in the US?
A. You can contact us at orders@dbdiana.com and we will discuss special arrangements.
Q. Will the total price be different if my order is shipped outside the US?
A. Yes, any special orders shipped outside the US will incur additional shipping fees.
Q. What if I need my order expedited?
A. If for what ever reason you need your order sooner than normal please, contact us at
orders@dbdiana.com and we will make every effort to expedite your order.

A. Appliqué is the art of cutting out bits and pieces of fabric and attaching then to a background
to create a picture.

A. A portion of all profits will go to National Autism Foundation on a quarterly basis.

A. Yes, all items are made and shipped in a smoke free environment.

A. These are special promotional codes we give out to customers via e-mail.
